What is the Natural Nutrition?


Natural Nutrition is based on

health care through the intake

of food full of life and the less

processed as possible. It

emphasizes a lot on the

detoxification of the organism

as well as a way of life in which

physical exercise, rest and

leisure habits allow you to fully

develop in a healthy way.


Natural food is the oldest form of medicine. All cultures share the same belief.

Dating back to 4500 BC. The Vedas give accurate descriptions of the therapeutic and medicinal properties of foods and plants. In 400 BC Hippocrates said to his students: "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food"

In Traditional Chinese Medicine; The Neijing, a text dating back to 300 B.C. tells us: "Medicine and Food have the same source"


Why is Natural Nutrition so important?


Our natural condition is not the disease, it is Health.


Throughout life, a human being eats about 70 tons of food, and our body absorbs                                                                                               what the body needs and                                                                                                       eliminates toxic substances.

                                                                                              One of the problems of                                                                                                           modern civilization is                                                                                                             malnutrition and toxaemia.                                                                                                 The industrial production of                                                                                                 food, the need of consuming                                                                                                 processed foods due to lack of                                                                                           time to cook fresh food,                                                                                                         irregular feeding schedules and nutrient-poor foods; are factors that cause long-term deficiencies that lead to disease.


When we eat well and we are free of toxics our body can develop all its functions and we enjoy good health.

If on the contrary we suffer from nutritional deficiencies and accumulate toxic, exceeding the capacity of the body to remove them, we will be fostering a ground for numerous diseases.



What diseases are related to poor diet?


Dental problems: Dental decay, bleeding gums, pyorrhoea, gingivitis

Musculoskeletal Diseases: Arthritis, damage to the spinal cord, herniated discs, osteopenia and osteoporosis.

All metabolic diseases: Obesity, diabetes, kidney stones and gallstones, gout, high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides.

Most of the diseases of the digestive organs: Constipation, diarrhoea, ulcers, gastritis.

If you visit your doctor make sure to inform about your eating plan and inform me of any medical treatments and medications that you are receiving, to avoid possible interactions between treatments.


What can I expect on a first visit?


The first visit lasts between one hour and hour and a half.

We will elaborate an exhaustive case history.  I will ask you questions about your health, your diet, lifestyle, stress...


If you already have a health problem; I will need the medical report, the diagnosis and laboratory tests, analysis, and x rays, etc... If you already have them, please bring them with you.

Several visits may be needed to achieve an improvement or solution to your problem. For this reason, it is very important to establish a regular plan visits that meet your needs. These visits will last between half hour or one hour depending on the treatments that you may need.
