Cancellation Policy

In booking an appointment you are reserving a room and my time exclusively for your treatment. I am self employed and when you book an appointment I am committing to pay for the reservation of a room for your treatment.

If you cancel your appointment I still incur the cost of the room booking.

Most therapies also require preparation time prior the treatment. This represents an investment of time which is made in good faith.

However I understand that the need to cancel an appointment may arise for a number of reasons.

If you should need to cancel your appointment you may do so without charge by giving me at least 48 hours notice of the cancellation. This will allow me enough time to reorganize my agenda and avoid unnecessary preparation time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged at 25% while “no shows” and cancellations made within 24 hours will be charge 100%.
